Nedvaknande (track 11) is a word play on the Swedish word "uppvaknande", which means "awakening"; "upp" literally means "up" and "vaknande" means "wakening". Since "ned" means "down", "nedvaknande" would mean something like "waking down". Track 7's title is in Latin. Lyrics for "Utdrag" are taken from the 1940 dystopian novel Kallocain by Karin Boye. Music and lyrics for "Bitterljuv kakofoni" written by Gok. "Horans hora" was originally written by B for his solo project Woundism. It was called "Disease" and it had the same lyrics of "Resignation", also featured on Sjukdom.
