Disc printing plants in United States reportedly refused to print the CD artwork depicting forest nymph orgy with inverted crucifix. The latter was deemed "too sacrilegious". The art was done by Polish artist Zbignew Bielak II. The controversial art can still be found on both the vinyl and European copies of the Infestissumam. This caused the U.S. release to be delayed to April 16th, 2013.
